Years of working alongside customers have taught her to listen closely, ask the right questions and understand the pressures, goals and day to day realities behind every request.
That experience shapes how Amanda approaches technology. She sees it as a tool for solving real business problems, whether that means saving a team time, giving leaders better visibility or making it easier to serve their own customers. Because she has built long term relationships, she understands the cost of a poor fit and the value of getting it right the first time. She gives honest, practical advice and is always happy to recommend the simpler path when it serves the customer best.
Amanda's strength lies in connecting the commercial side of a business with the technical side, and making sure nothing gets lost in translation. Nothing makes her happier than seeing a team use their technology with confidence and knowing it has made their working day easier.

My path has taken me through some of New Zealand and Australia's most recognised brands, including Spark NZ, The Warehouse Group, solarZero, PwC Australia, and Macquarie Group (Wealth Management), where I've led solution design, delivery, and practice leadership across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, Identity, Communities, and Financial Services Cloud.
In 2026, I co-founded A Team Consulting Limited, built on a simple idea: small and mid-sized businesses deserve the same calibre of Salesforce expertise as the big end of town, without the enterprise price tag.
